Creamed Honey with Chocolate is a pure and natural honey with all of the benefits of liquid raw honey but without the mess. This special blend is made with raw honey and cocoa. It is an ideal (and sweet!)  accompaniment for toast, bagels, pancakes, hot cereal, pretzels, fresh fruit, ice cream, and more!
 
Swope's Berries and Bees (from Avella, PA) bottle and sell raw honey. It comes to you exactly as the bees made it. Raw honey is loaded with beneficial enzymes, pollen, vitamins and minerals, which are preserved through minimal processing. The honey is warmed slightly to facilitate bottling (not exceeding hive temperature), and bits of beeswax are strained out.
 
Note: You may still see a thin layer of foamy beeswax at the top of the bottle, or a few specks floating in your honey. These are edible and they attest to the natural goodness of Swopes' products. Over time, most raw honey varieties will crystallize. It is important to understand that honey crystallizing is a natural, physical change that is easily reversed by placing the honey jar in a pan of hot water until the sugar crystals dissolve. If there is a lot of crystallization, then you may need to repeat the process a few times.
